International Shipping:

• NOTE: Overseas buyers are kindly asked to contact us directly for a shipping quote, this is done so that we can provide the cheapest most competitive rates for all our overseas buyers.
• All shipments are sent express via DHL for our international shipments, we can utilise other shipping labels upon request.
• For purchasing watches from our overseas vendors we can organise shipping labels.
• Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination.
• Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
• Delays may occur due to public holidays or other international shipping factors.
• International buyers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or duties that may be applied to shipments upon arrival in their country.

All watches remain the property of HOURSTANCE until full payment has been received.

Insured shipping is available upon request. In the event that a package is lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after reimbursement has been received from the insurance claim.
