Zenith unveiled the skyline series with a new size and different colours. The Zenith Skyline 36mm features the same watch we all know in the 41mm version, in a smaller case. Providing fans with more options with the Skylines, specifically for those who prefer a smaller fit.
The three new dial colours feature a deep blue (same as the 41mm variant), and two completely new colours, pastel pink and green. These dials have a metallic base that is polished and then satin-brushed. The signature DEFY dodecagonal (12-sided shape) dial is used, featuring geometrical patterns consisting of engraved four-pointed stars, a nod to the zenith “Double Z” logo of the 1960s.
The watch features a screw-down crown of 10 ATM (100 metres) and the option of a brilliant-cut white diamond on the bezel, seemingly to promote the uni-sex sizing of the 36mm. The feature of a quick strap-change mechanism is provided, which makes the change from the steel bracelet to the supplied sky-patterned rubber strap easy.
The mid-size version of the DEFY Skyline is run by the Elite 670 automatic manufacture movement, which is decorated in a modern grey finish, with the signature star shape rotor as the other DEFY lines, featuring a 50-hour power reserve when fully wound.
